Our computer-controlled knitting machines allow us not only to produce compression stockings and tights in a range of standard sizes, but also to custom-make items to individual measurements.
BELSANA compression stockings and tights are manufactured using a modern circular knitting process in which the number of stitches remains fixed throughout the length of the garment. This can then be made to fit practically any leg measurements by varying the stitch width. We ensure the necessary compression strength and the ideal pressure distribution by adding special elastic threads to the knit.
